Was a little dismayed to have a staff member open the door to the sauna and give a 5 minute lecture on the need to sit on towels while using it, towels were all brown from the benches afterwards. Excellent breakfast and outstanding shower. Rooms were a little hot and some air con would have been nice. Staff were very friendly and efficient. "

"The hotel provided instructions for late arrival (if after 10:00 pm). I arrived at 9:05pm and the hotel was locked up and the late arrive instructions were useless (no code box as described), they would not answer my calls. I could not enter and it and was below freezing. I had to find another hotel with rooms open by foot. The next day the hotel manager would not accept responsibility and said the hotel registration closes at 8:30 - despite the letter I received the previous day clearly indicating 10:00. She would not offer a refund for my prepaid booking - despite it costing me $$$ to sleep elsewhere. If you are looking to book here - DON"T go to the Neptun - it is wonderful. RUN RUN AWAY from these unreasonable and dishonest hosts. "
