"Although the resort was pretty in the public areas, our room was never cleaned properly. They never vacuumed, so there was residual sand all over the floors in our room, hand soap that dripped on the bathroom sink our first night there and was never cleaned up by housekeeping. Also, our room was never restocked with waters and coffee as stated it would be all 4 days. The two public pools were on the smaller side, nicely heated but very crowded . The service to order drinks on the beach took 30+ minutes, it’s much faster to walk all the way to the bar yourself. Next time we will stick to flying to all inclusive resorts out of country, we always have much better experiences with that choice. For the price we paid , we would’ve had a much better experience elsewhere . The gratuity is already including in everything, could be why service wasn’t great "

"Jody however is very rude and unprofessional speaking about me in the lobby . With saying she has a regular room we don’t have anything available with her reservation they didn’t give me an option or asked me if I wanted to upgrade my room such an horrible experience I just took the room she said that’s the only one available room at the moment. With such organization you should be able to accommodate the volume of business plus other options available so because I was very tired from a long tip to Florida.i took the room that was giving to me without any other options "

"The AC is a new mini split, works perfectly. Parking has eight spaces, one for each room and included in rental, it would be tight for very long trucks and suvs. The staff is spot on and provides excellent service. Perfect spot to escape the crowds and $60 valet. Publix, Walgreens and coffee shop one block away. Very close to strip, Hard Rock stadium was easy to access."
