Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, die Lage super,fast auf dem Marktplatz, die Einrichtung war zweckmäßiggut, die kleine Terasse war sehr schön, haben jeden Tag da gefrühstückt,eine kleinigkeit müssen wir beanstanden :die Wasserhähneund der Duschkopf müssten mal entkalkt werden, aber sonst alles primakönnen wir nur empfehlen

Schöne Wohnung für 2 Personen mit guter Lage

Die Lage ist sehr gut und zentral. Eine gute Parkmöglichkeit ist in der nähe vorhanden. Es sind viele Radwege vorhanden, diese sind allerdings ziemlich holprig. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut für 2 Personen geeignet, für weitere Personen ist es jedoch sehr beengend und das Sofa ist nicht unbedingt zum Schlafen geeignet. Der Fehrnsehr flackerte manchmal. Insgesamt ist es für zwei Personen für einen kurzen Aufenthalt eine gute Wohnung.

Zu klein für 4 Personen

Wir, 2 Personen, haben eine Woche in der FW verbracht. Es war uns bewusst, dass es sich um ein Stadthaus handelt, waren aber dennoch erstaunt, wie die Wirklichkeit von Fotos abweichen kann. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausgeschrieben, aber ich frage mich, wie man mit 2 weiteren Personen hätte zurecht kommen können. Der „Esstisch“ war so klein, da passten gerade Teller und Becher drauf. Das sogenannte Wohnzimmer war ein Witz, zumal es gleichzeitig auch das 2. Schlafzimmer war! Die Terrasse könnte vielleicht schön sein, wenn sie nicht dermassen zugewachsen wäre und man sich durch den Zaun ein wenig eingekerkert fühlte. Und ein kleiner Bistro-Tisch sowie 2 Stühle für 4 Personen?? Die Aussicht auf den Müritz-See konnte man allenfalls erahnen.... das Schlafzimmer und Bad waren sehr schön, vor allem die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer war klasse!

sehr zentrale Unterkunft

Eine schöne, zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist optimal für zwei Peronen ausgelegt, mit Kindern ist es ein wenig eng. Aber da wir viel unterwegs waren, war das kein Problem.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt für ein langes Wochenende

Die kleine Wohnung im Erdgeschoß des Hauses ist sehr schön ausgestattet und die Lage optimal. Es ist alles da was man täglich benötigt und auch der Bäcker oder der Supermarkt sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Gerne hätten wir zum Frühstück auch noch mal die Terasse vor der Wohnung genutzt, jetzt im Herbst war das morgens etwas zu kühl. In der Sommerzeit ist das sicher sehr schön. Der von uns für den Aufenthalt gebuchte Parkplatz liegt direkt am Haus. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Trotz Aufforderung wurde der verstopfte Waschbeckenabfluß im Bad nicht repariert. Auch die Lüftung im Bad war deffekt. Schade! Ansonsten war alles gut.

Alles soweit gut

Beim Eintreffen war die Wohnung sauber, allerdings hatten wir den Eindruck, dass die Hausverwaltung nicht auf unser Kommen vorbereitet war. Am dritten Tag kamen morgens um 7:30 die Gerüstbauer. Sie bauten ein Gerüst auf für die Maler, die dann 10 Tage lang am Haus arbeiteten, mit mehr oder weniger Lärm. Wegen des Gerüstes konnten wir den Freisitz nicht nutzen, der Anblick war auch nicht so schön. Nun, wir fanden uns damit ab. Die FEWO liegt sehr günstig, ganz nah zu Geschäften und Restaurants, das war gut. Die Bundesstraße auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung war manchmal in der Nacht gut zu hören. Das Bett war ok bis auf die Dreh- und Wendegeräusche im Bettgestell. Sonst ist in der Wohnung alles vorhanden, sogar eine Spülmaschine und es gibt eine Waschmaschine im Keller. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und die Restaurants sind allesamt zu empfehlen - wir haben viele ausprobiert. Die Fewo kann aber nur mit 2 Personen belegt werden für mehr ist kein Platz zum Essen.

Es war ein rundum sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sauber und es hat einem an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung ist super! Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass es sehr hellhörig zu den anderen Wohnungen ist. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in einer tollen Lage

Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Es ist eine schöne moderne Wohnung, mit einer perfekten Lage. Wir müssen nur einen Stern abziehen für das Bett. Es knarrt bei jeder Bewegung und lässt einen nicht entspannt schlafen. Wenn man das beheben würde, wäre alles perfekt.
