"The area this house is in is fine. But this room was three flights high, and that's fine, but it was not mentioned in the Vrbo description. Also, how it is constructed with slanted walls makes you bump your head constantly. You can look past all that, BUT there was no A/C, and it was very hot. I told the owner, and she said they "forgot to turn it on for us." It was 80 degrees plus all weekend, and all they offered us was a (heavy) window and floor ac unit that we had to bring up the three...

"Overall a good unit has the basics and right by Falmouth heights beach- just walk across the street. The unit literally sits adjacent to the patio bar of the attached restaurant, so right outside your window (the one w the view) will be droves of people eating and drinking while music plays. This is a great location and has what you’d need but if you don’t want people right outside that window I’d chose a different unit. You will have zero privacy. Outside of that it’s a good spot."
