"It's a lovely establishment. Front desk person needs to be a little more friendlier. I took a red eye to get to my destination first time ever. So I booked to room for the day before. I didn't know I would have to call the establishment that day to tell them I was coming early next day. She made me feel dumb. Kind of rude. Almost didn't have a room available for me. Almost gave to someone else she said. The still scolded me after giving me my key cards."

Front desk sent a maintenance man up but all he did was turn the water on (like I did) and told me it didn't feel all that hot to him. Front desk said they'd be willing to move me, but I was only there for one night so I stayed put."
