LA PETITE MAISON - Vacation Home in Warburg's Old Town for 10 People

Our detached, historic half-timbered house can accommodate up to 10 guests (ideal for a maximum of 9 adults and children). It’s centrally located in Warburg’s Old Town, right in the heart of Germany, on the edge of the Sauerland region, within the Höxter cultural area. Perfect for a great long weekend with friends or family :-)

The house features 5 bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace and TV, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a shower and tub, and a separate toilet.
Please keep in mind that you’ll be staying in a 200-year-old historic building, so the ceiling heights upstairs are correspondingly low. So watch your head ;-) Don’t expect the same standards as a new building...

In the courtyard/patio, there’s a large grill, a sun lounger, and a dining area for 10 people.

The bakery for fresh rolls in the morning, as well as cafés and restaurants, are within a 5-minute walk.

Our house is located just 800 m from the Diemel River and thus right on the Diemel Bike Trail. The Schmetterlingssteig is one of the ideal trails for hiking.

We’re one of the favourite spots in the Höxter cultural region :))

Dogs are part of the family here and are welcome.
