We loved this property. It is well furnished, comfortable, clean and convenient to the East entrance to Yellowstone. Just 15 minutes to Cody attractions. Would definitely recommend.
Clean, neat, even nicer than the pictures! The views front and back are spectacular and the grounds are pleasant to walk. Hosts are responsive and live on site. Overall, I wish we had more time to just sit on the porch in between our travels! Thanks for a great experience!
Enjoyed our stay! Conveniently located to Cody and Yellowstone’s east entrance and everything we wanted to do. One bedroom and bath is downstairs with a very nice sitting room. One bedroom and bath is on the main floor. The beds were comfy!! Loved sitting on the front porch everyday morning and evening taking in the Mountain View, fresh air and on occasion turkeys, mule deer, and rabbits.
The location is between Cody Wyoming and Yellowstone Park. It's a 15-20 mile drive to the park and driving through mountains. From our porch we've seen mule deer and turkey and can hear elk bugling. It's sparsely populated, which I like, but not too far from the town of Cody, which is well developed town with everything one needs for comfort. It's a good balance between nature and not getting too far from civilization. The 'cabin/house' is clean and equipped with everything you'll need.
Awesome place! Only 2 of us so we had lots of room. Very clean, very easy access and host gave awesome directions. Hope we get to stay there again in the future.
Location was convenient, check in was simple, communication was great, house had everything you could need [beds were so comfortable!], and the area was beautiful! Would definitely stay again.
Clean and comfortable! Location is just outside Cody, but so worth the drive in/out during visit. Turkeys, elk and other wildlife were showing out while we were there.
Nice cabin with cold a/c and stocked nicely for coffee/hot chocolate. Did not know they had continental breakfast which was a bonus. Enjoyed the view from porch a lot!
The beds were very comfortable for both my husband and me which never happens. It was so dark that we all slept well. About 30 minutes from the east entrance, 15 to Cody. Perfect location and accommodations.
Very clean, great location, beautiful views. There were 5 of us. The "living room" was in the basement with one of the beds. We just hung out down there and ate dinner then everyone went to their rooms upstairs when it was time for bed. Kids slept in trundle bed room. 2 full bathrooms and a great kichen really helped!
We enjoyed our stay near Cody at this cabin. The views across the road and surrounding the property were lovely with a creek and stream nearby. Fun to see the llamas and goats. The house was very clean and fit the bill for us with three separate sleeping areas and two bathrooms. We enjoyed the chairs on the front porch and Laura got us set up to enjoy the community firepit the last night of our stay. We had a great time sitting by the fire and enjoying smores. Had it all to ourselves. We tried our hand at horseshoes and would certainly have played some pickleball if we had stayed longer. There were a number of smaller cabins and teepees on the property but everything was very peaceful at night and in the mornings.
The cabin was great for what we needed. I hate we only got to stay 1 of our 2 nights we payed for, but no one could have predicted the closing of Yellowstone due to flooding. We would have had an extremely long drive if we didn’t go through Yellowstone. Anyway, the temps were pretty warm when we arrived and LOVED this cabin had AC. (Most places don’t). It’s small upstairs, but feels pretty spacious downstairs. We ate at a restaurant the owner recommended that was about 3 miles away. It was really good food. We all slept well and the owners seemed nice. I would recommend this place.
The only bad thing I have to say about this place is the internet is pretty much nonexistent which the only we needed it for is looking up the attractions and restaurants.
Beautiful cabin. Very clean. Great location. On the main road to east entrance of Yellowstone Everything you could need. Close to Cody town. Larger than we needed for just 2 of us. Owners very nice. Would definitely recommend this cabin.
This was a fantastic cabin with fabulous views!!! Located about 10 minutes outside of Cody (between Cody and Yellowstone) it was a quiet, but convenient property. The front porch was a great gathering/hanging out area for our group (which is good because the only thing this beautiful property "lacked" was a good indoor multi-person lounging area). We thoroughly enjoyed this property and the host was super responsive.
