Perfect if you want to relax :-)

The house is very nice, well equipped and absolutely quiet. In case you want to spend some days off and enjoy some relaxing days we can absolutely recommend the house. The pictures are accurate: You can see what you get :-) Having a car (or a bike) is an advantage if your want to explore the farer (or nearer) surroundings. The next shopping possibility is Edeka at Horumer Siel (5 minutes by car, 15-20 minutes by bike).

Erholsamer Urlaub an der Nordsee

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage ist ruhig aber dennoch zentral gelegen, Café, Restaurant und sogar Brötchenservice in Laufnähe und ein großer Supermarkt in 4km Entfernung. Ausflüge nach Carolinensiel, Neuharlingersiel, Spiekeroog, Jever und Leer sind empfehlenswert. Alles in allem haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus war perfekt für uns und mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur 10 Minuten zum Sandstrand in Schillig. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

Äußerst sauber und gepflegtes, schönem Haus

Wir waren eine Woche mit unserem nicht ganz zwei Jahre alten Sohn im Urlaub. Minsen ist ein kleiner beschaulicher Ort. Absolut ruhig und mit extrem wenig Verkehr, bestens geeignet für Kinder. In einer Pension vor Ort gab es jeden morgen frische Brötchen in einer Entfernung, die man wunderbar zu Fuß zurücklegen konnte und der nächste Edeka war mit dem Auto 5 Minuten entfernt (war sogar am Sonntag geöffnet). Vor Ort gab es auch frische Eier und Marmelade bei Nachbarn im Straßenverkauf. Die Schlüsselübergabe und die ganze Buchung vorher war sehr unkompliziert und professionell. Auch der persönliche Kontakt war sehr nett und freundlich. Vor Ort gab es auch eine Besuchermappe mit sehr hilfreichen Tipps, die wir gerne genutzt haben. Die Ausstattung der Küche und des Hauses generell war wie beschrieben und absolut top. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Hervorheben möchte ich die Sauberkeit, das war toll. Da haben wir auch schon anderes erlebt. Es hieß da wirklich ankommen und sofort wohlfühlen. Danke Familie Horn dafür.

Gute Ausstattung der modernen Einbauküche. Ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Großer Fernseher. Gute Lattenroste und Matratzen. Separater Hauswirtschaftsraum mit großem Regal, das viele Abstellmöglichkeiten bietet. Neue, moderne Fenster mit Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten in allen Schlafräumen. Waschmaschine und Trockner ohne Zusatzkosten nutzbar. Alles in allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne mal wieder.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen im Haus Sanderling und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Bis auf ein paar wirkliche Kleinigkeiten (die immer vorkommen können und die am positiven Gesamteindruck nichts geändert haben), war alles wie beschrieben und tadellos in Ordnung. Für sechs Erwachsene würden vielleicht der etwas beengte Essbereich und das eine Duschbad an ihre Grenzen stoßen. Für uns war es aber völlig ok und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für dieses modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus war top! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Unterkunft

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut für eine Familie (4 Personen) geeignet. Es ist schön, wenn die Kinder jeweils eigene Schlafzimmer haben. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und bietet genügend Platz. Die Gegend ist allgemein sehr ruhig. Die Hausausstattung ist ausreichend und gut durchdacht (Ablagemöglichkeiten vorhanden). Sehr angenehm ist der Stellplatz vorm Haus, so konnten wir unsere Fahrräder und Fahrradträger gut in der Garage verstauen. Wir hatten rundum einen schönen Aufenthalt.
