Spanning approximately 50 m², it offers a modern, bright, and cosy living environment—ideal for couples or families looking to spend relaxing days by the North Sea.

The light-filled living area features a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and an open, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area—perfect for spending time together. From here, you can step out onto the spacious balcony with a view of the greenery—a wonderful spot for breakfast, relaxation, or balmy summer evenings.

The holiday rental has two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and another with a bunk bed—ideal for children or friends. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Hooksiel’s charming town centre invites you to stroll through its picturesque pedestrian zone, with shopping and restaurants, while a large EDEKA supermarket with a bakery at the town entrance offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The beach, located about 3 km away, is equipped with parking spaces and beach chairs, and water skiing at the Hooksiel ski terraces provides plenty of action, while beautiful hiking and biking trails lead from the old harbour to the outer harbour and the beach.

The climatic health resort of Hooksiel (Zone 1) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This tax is based on the number of people, their ages, and the length of stay. Information on the high and low seasons and the corresponding rates can be found on the Wangerland Touristik website.
The following are exempt from the visitor’s tax:
a) Children up to and including age 3.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependant on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID, are completely dependant on constant assistance.
