Partly renovated in 2022, modern and cosy furnishings: living room with sloping ceilings with satellite TV, radio and CD-player. 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 double bed and hand-basin. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and hand-basin. With sloping ceilings kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Eine ruhige Urlaubswoche

Gut gelegen, Parkplatz vor dem Haus, sauber und vollständig. Nette Vermieter im Haus. Kleines Minus: die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen. Mit der Tatsache, dass nur eine Toilette zur Verfügung steht, muss man klarkommen. Wir waren zu dritt, da war das kein wirkliches Problem.

4 Übernachtungen mit 6 Personen

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, es war genug Platz für alle. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich! So sollten alle Vermieter sein. Alles bestens außer Tierhaare, (auch in den Küchenschubladen) obwohl wir kein Haustier haben und Federkissen.. wer die nicht mag sollte sein eigenes mitbringen. Ein schöner großer Sonnenbalkon und auch große Zimmer. Wenige Fahrminuten vom Strand entfernt aber ruhig gelegen und zum Städtchen auch nicht weit- ein paar Minuten zu Fuß.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Da wir jedoch eigens Vermieter zweier Ferienobjekte sind, war unsere Erwartung an die Sauberkeit allgemein nicht so befriedigend. Die Möbel und Betten sind toll, könnten aber eine Justierung und besseren Aufbau erhoffen. Küchentüren schliffen an den unteren. Ansonsten liebe nette Gastgeber. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Schöner Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage

Wir waren zu dritt mit Baby, eine Woche lang in der Wohnung. Sie liegt recht zentral. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war sauber und besonders das Bad recht neuwertig. Gerne wieder :)

1 Zimmer und das Bad, liegen außerhalb der Wohnung, E-grill vorhanden aber keine Steckdosen auf Terrasse, Kühlschrank schließt nur mit Gewalt, keine einzige Türe an Schränken bewegt sich normal, Waschmaschine schmutzig, unter Bett extrem dreckig, plus div. Socken gefunden, Wohnzimmer für mehrere Personen viel zu klein, Waschbecken in Bad defekt, Warmwasser in Küche nicht vorhanden, Böden extrem laut, Eingangstür kracht beim Öffnen, Matratzen top! Bad neu! Top Lage!

Wohnung mit erkennbaren Mängeln

Die Wohnung machte einen leicht unterwohnten Eindruck. Diverse Mängel im Badezimmer, besonders die Dusche. Die Aussage komplett renoviert in 2017 weckt die Erwartung eines völlig anderen Erscheinungsbildes. Die Renovierung wurde oberflächlich und teilweise mangelhaft ausgeführt. 'Die Bewertung befriedigend entspricht eher der Schulnote ausreichend.
