Kleines Friesenhaus am Wangermeer mit Privatstrand

Welcome to the Kleines Friesenhaus, located right on Lake Wangermeer with access to a private beach!

On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy living area with a dining room and kitchen. From the living room, you have direct access to the large terrace and the garden.
The large living area features air conditioning, a Sonos sound system, a smart TV, and a tablet for controlling the smart home (shutters, lights, music system, etc.).

The ground floor also includes a guest bathroom and an utility room with a washer-dryer.

Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms and a spacious, luxurious bathroom. The air conditioning on the upper floor ensures you’ll sleep comfortably even on hot summer days.

The house has its own (free) parking space. A Wall-Box for your electric vehicle is also available here. You can, of course, securely store any bicycles you bring with you (locked) in a private garden shed. E-bikes can also be charged directly there.
