Through a small entryway, you’ll reach the bright and inviting living area.
The kitchen is open-concept and equipped with a high-quality built-in kitchen, including a microwave.
Dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, and pans are provided.
Please note that household supplies and consumables such as tea towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.

The focal point on this level will be the large dining table with six chairs.
This is a place where you can enjoy socialising in addition to meals.
The wood-burning stove will contribute to the cosy atmosphere. The stove may only be fuelled with wood briquettes!

In the rear area, facing the terrace, there is a cosy sofa corner with a TV.
A guest bathroom is also available on the ground floor.

The large, corner-spanning south-facing terrace is furnished with a table, six chairs, and a parasol.
The ground floor features two bedrooms, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a private sauna.
On stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom can become a wellness sanctuary.

The loft with access to the loggia is a wonderful retreat.
From up here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Wadden Sea.
Here, too, a cosy sofa area and a recliner offer the perfect spot to unwind.
The third bedroom is adjacent.

Underfloor heating throughout the house provides cosy warmth on cool days.

Upon request, a travel cot with a mattress and/or a high chair for toddlers can be borrowed at the front desk.
Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the ground floor of House No. 48.

So you can travel light, we’ll provide you with bed linens and towels (excluding beach and sauna towels)!

For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire holiday park.

A parking space is available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay.

Please note that charging electric cars at our properties is prohibited for technical and cost-related reasons. The nearest charging stations are located in the public car park approximately 300 metres away on Mellumweg, as well as in Horumersiel in front of the Tourist Information office and in the car park at EDEKA.
Please note that the owner reserves the right to claim damages in the event of violations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Bachelor and hen nights, as well as similar celebrations, parties, or events, are not permitted at this property.
The holiday home is connected to the fiber-optic network and offers excellent internet reception on all floors.
