This attractive semi-detached house was completed in 2010 using excellent and energy-efficient construction methods. The south-facing garden with a terrace is fenced and surrounded by approximately 2-meter-high cherry laurel hedges for privacy. From July 2019, a rustic barrel sauna for 2-3 people will be available in the garden for your relaxation. This ensures that all our guests—whether with or without pets—have a comfortable and private outdoor area where they can truly unwind. The storage room contains ample cushions for the garden furniture, a parasol, and two sun loungers for enjoying the (hopefully abundant) sunshine. You will also find a clothes drying rack, a high chair, a travel cot, outdoor games, and a charcoal grill.

Two parking spaces are available in front of the house, located to the left of and in front of the landscaped front garden.

The house itself is harmoniously, comfortably, and modernly furnished throughout, using coordinated furniture, artwork, and flooring. For your four-legged friend, a comfortable dog bed that matches the decor, along with food and water bowls, are provided. Bringing your own cozy blanket to snuggle into the dog bed will surely make your pet feel right at home ;o)

The ground floor comprises an open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen, as well as a guest toilet, which also houses the washing machine. In the living room, you'll find a TV, a DVD player, and a tuner that provides audio through the speakers in the living room and the ceiling-mounted speaker in the upstairs bathroom. Next to the TV is the Wi-Fi router, which provides our guests' smartphones, tablets, and laptops with internet speeds of up to 50 Mbps.

Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and TV; another bedroom with two single beds, a desk, and a wardrobe (including board games); and the bathroom. The bathroom features a shower with a clear glass enclosure, a toilet, a washbasin, and a heated towel rail.

In addition to the roller shutters, all windows have interior pleated blinds that can be adjusted to meet the individual privacy preferences of our guests.
