The approximately 50 m² Klabautermann holiday rental delights guests with its warm, tasteful atmosphere—perfect for a relaxing holiday by the North Sea.

A special highlight is the spacious southwest-facing balcony, which is perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, and barbecuing. Here you can enjoy balmy evenings with a view of the greenery, sheltered by a parasol—the ideal spot to wind down at the end of the day.

The bright living area features a comfortable sofa, a fireplace for cosy evenings, and a flat-screen TV. The open kitchenette is fully equipped and, together with the adjacent dining table, serves as the cosy heart of the apartment.

Two bedrooms ensure restful nights—one with a comfortable double bed, the other with a practical bunk bed, ideal for children or friends. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

Hooksiel’s charming town centre invites you to stroll through its picturesque pedestrian zone, with shopping and restaurants, while a large EDEKA supermarket with a bakery at the town entrance offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The beach, located about 3 km away, is equipped with parking spaces and beach chairs, and water skiing at the Hooksiel ski terraces provides plenty of action, while beautiful hiking and biking trails lead from the old harbour to the outer harbour and the beach.

The climatic health resort of Hooksiel (Zone 1) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This tax is based on the number of people, age, and length of stay. Information on peak and off-peak seasons and the corresponding rates can be found on the Wangerland Touristik website.
The following are exempt from the visitor’s tax:
a) Children up to and including 3 years of age.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependant on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependant on constant assistance.
