Ruime kamers en schoon keuken goed voorzien . Jammer is dat de vuilcontainers niet geleegd waren en dat in het plastic veel groen resten waren gegooid. Logies bij het rest vuil kon niets meer in. Al met al toch heerlijk genoten

Nicht wie beschrieben

Die Unterkunft an sich war sauber,wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Renovierung wäre nötig. Die Beschreibung entspricht nicht der Wirklichkeit. Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Hunden dort und freuten uns auf Gartenmitbenutzung im eingezäunten Grundstück. Eine Mitnutzung gab es nicht, da die Verbindungstür abgeschlossen war. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, das ist Privatgarten. Es blieb nur eine Miniterrasse zur Hauptstraße. Diese war sehr ungepflegt.

Verbesserungswürdig

Wohnung war gut eingerichtet, alles Notwendige vorhanden. Allerdings führt direkt vor der Wohnung die Straße von Jever nach Carolinensiel vorbei, so dass die Terrasse nicht nutzbar war. In der Toilette war der Toilettendeckel sehr lose, so dass das Gleichgewicht halten, nicht einfach war.

Sauberkeit lässt zu Wünschen

Das Gebäude ist sehr schön hergerichtet der zugeteilte Parkplatz ist unglücklich angelegt, da er direkt an einer Verkehrsinsel liegt, aber er ist gut erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung lässt zu Wünschen übrig, in allen Zimmern überall Spinnweben und teils Schimmel an den Fenstern im OG und in der Dusche. Der WC Sitz war komplett defekt. Sonst ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, die Lage ist Top.

Sauberkeit Mangelhaft

Die Sauberkeit lässt mehr als zu wünschen übrig, an den Wänden und Decken überall Spinnweben und Schimmel in der Dusche und an den Fensterrahmen im Obergeschoss. Der WC Deckel war komplett kaputt es war einfach unmöglich die Toilette zu benutzen ohne das der Sitz sich selbständig gemacht hat. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft

Für eine kurze Auszeit total toll

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Badezimmer war ausreichend um sich der körperlichen Pflege zu betätigen. Einziges Manko ,das Objekt ist Direkt an einer Hauptstraße und wenn ein Auto vorbei fährt wackelt das Haus, was natürlich dem alter entsprechend ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Alter Bahnhof mit Charme

Niedlicher Teil des ehemaligen Bahnhofgebäudes, leider etwas zu undichte, nicht lärmgedämmte Fenster, da direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen. Der zugewiesene PKW-Parkplatz ist mit mittelgroßem Kombi nur schwer zu erreichen, da eine Verkehrsinsel die Zufahrt erschwert, ansonsten hatten wir ein paar schöne Tage dort.

Wir hatten nach einem eingezäunten Grundstück gesucht weil wir eigentlich unseren Hund mitnehmen wollten, leider war es nicht eingezäunt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Allerdings war eine Lampe im Bad kaputt und die Abzugshaube in der Küche, da sind die Schalter kaputt gewesen. Es besteht Renovierungsbedarf, allerdings hat uns das nicht weiter gestört, da wir die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren.

Man konnte erkennen, dass ein gewisser Investitionsstau besteht. An der Tapete waren Schäden, die auch im Vorjahr schon da waren, das Waschbecken im Bad hatte mehrere Sprünge, das Porzellan in der Küche war zusammengewürfelt . Die Kontaktperson vor Ort war ganz reizend und zuverlässig. Die Lage ruhig und doch zu unseren Zielen zentral gelegen.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung war entsprechend des Inserats. Der Check-in war komplikationslos und die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Sie ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Umgebung ist typisch friesisch. Sehr schön und erholsam. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort gibt es nicht, dazu muss man ins benachbarte Carolinensiel fahren. Die Wohnung liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, im Winter sicher kein Problem, bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Lärm nicht erwähnenswert. Im Sommer sieht das sicherlich etwas anders aus. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Verkehrsgünstig gelegen

Da das Objekt direkt an einer Durchgangsstraße liegt, ist es besonders morgens zum Berufsverkehr recht laut. Sonst war alles so wie erwartet.

Urlaub 14.09-22.09.19

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung ( umgebauter Bahnhof) der an einer viel befahrenen Strasse lag. Störte uns nicht da wir sowieso viel unterwegs waren. Wer es allerdings ruhiger mag sollte ein anderes Objekt wählen. Ansonsten ist die Umgebung schön. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen.
