  • Cosy bungalow "Heike". 400 m from the centre of Wandlitz, 11 km from the centre of Bernau, 30 km from the centre of Berlin, in the residential district, 2 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 200 m2 (fenced) with lawn, orchard, pond. Patio, terrace (9 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. 100 m long bumpy motor access to the house. Parking at the house at 10 m. Supermarket 800 m, bus stop "Wandlitz" 850 m, grass beach 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 25 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
    1-room bungalow 45 m2. Modern furnishings: living/sleeping room with winter garden with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed, satellite TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Bath/WC.
