Free parking in a carport is available right next to the front door. The house is located in an idyllic village; a bakery, restaurants, and other shops are within walking distance. The S-Bahn (suburban train) to Karlsruhe and Bretten is only 200 m away. Numerous excursion and hiking opportunities, including in the Black Forest, are available in the surrounding area.

The NOXi 24/7 was converted into a modern, open-plan design loft in 2024. It is located in a convenient yet quiet location.

The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are on the ground floor.

You'll find everything you need for a delicious evening of cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a fully automatic coffee machine, a kettle, an oven, and a dishwasher.

The spacious bathroom invites you to relax and unwind, featuring a generous walk-in shower, a sink with storage space, a toilet, and a hairdryer. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge. A pull-out clothes drying rack is mounted on the wall.

In the living room, you can relax with a television, a BOSE sound system, and design books. The sofa bed provides sleeping space for two additional guests.

The bedroom, accessible via a staircase, is located on the upper floor. A comfortable king-size bed (1.80 x 2.0 m) with two Bodyguard mattresses and high-quality hotel linens awaits you, where you can relax in front of the smart TV.

All rooms have underfloor heating. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dryer are available free of charge. Sparkling wine and wine are available for an additional fee.
