"Other than the poor experience we had at the Waterfront dining venue and the rooms being a bit dated and on the smaller side, the property was well maintained, had lots of activities available, very nice amenities, and a courteous staff. Overall, I'd give it a 8/10 rating."

"This is a nice hotel, and this was our third visit to the hotel. However, we planned the stay based solely on using the outdoor pool, and didn't realize the hotel sells passes to people who are not staying at the resort. The pool was crowded. There was only one bartender to make drinks for everyone but there were probably 8 servers who were standing around waiting for drinks to be made. It ruined the vibe we were hoping for."

Our family visit e very year!I there was nothing i didnt like .I would love to see hand sanitizer stations through out especially by the arcade.A suggestion ....switch to a water proof door key. At great wolf the kids wrist band gave them access to the pool and served as the door key for the hotel room. Thanks"

"We love the cove!! We stay there atleast 3-5 times a year! It was amazing as usual and the staff is always super accommodating. We swam this morning after a large storm last night so the only recommendation is to have an outdoor pool cleaning system that can work quickly and better than skimming the pool after a storm. There were a lot of bugs and mosquitoes in the pool this morning. Other than that, no complaints! Thank you as always!"
