"We really enjoyed our stay at Holly Lodge. Our room was lovely, and it was clean and comfortable. It was great having air con in the room. Breakfast was also great. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we’re in the area."

Great location on The Rebellion Way cycle , cool room in the heat and very good food - beyond normal pub food
We left very early and they made a breakfast to go for us, which was really appreciated

"This is a great venue if you wish to be off grid lifestyle. For us it didn’t quite meet our needs as our dog couldn’t manage the staircase & although we thought we had a shower and separate bathroom we only had a bath.
Hot water is at a premium here we found & lacking in water pressure. But truly a great venue if you wish to unplug, & chill.
One recommendation I would make, to help dogs relax. Is to the make the gardens private with privacy screens. The dog next door was barky & uneasy...

"I really enjoyed my stay at this establishment, everything was just how you would want it.
Very helpful staff at check in, lovely room with a seaview, comfy bed, great shower.
Breakfast was lovely, as was the lady serving it. I was checked out by one of the owners, who was very friendly and helpful.
So I can highly recommend The Two Lifeboats!"

"Our three night stay at The Maltings was completely excellent - the location is superb, the hotel is spacious and very well appointed with a well stocked traditional bar and numerous seating areas. The Grainstore is the hotels restaurant and it is delightful - all staff were very friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble, we ate there on two of our evenings, the food was of very high quality and delicious. The Maltings is definitely a hotel we'll make return visits to!"
"Great options for breakfast inc in stay. Rooms compact but modern and everything you need. Plenty of parking and staff helpful. Also had air con as a bonus."
"Its a quirky building and we had to duck a couple of times. The room was clean and comfy with all the amenities required. The restaurant offered a good selection and did cater for Gluten Free. We ended up having a very enjoyable 3 courses with drinks. The complementary breakfast was delicious too. All the staff we interacted with were polite and lovely but the star was Zoe. She showed us to our room, made sure we had a table near a breeze in the restaurant. Made recommendations and was so friendly. She really is an asset. All in all a lovely stay and if we're in this part of the country again, we would definately make a return visit."
"The room was spotlessly clean with lovely new carpets and bathroom. We stayed in an executive suite which had a lovely view of the golf course. It was a very hot weekend and the window hardly opened with no air con (just a fan that did very little as the large window let a lot of heat in). If it had air con we would have been very happy. Breakfast was very nice, lots of space everywhere, and our room was quiet even when a party was going on in the front of the building. The swimming pool/sauna/steam room included in the price and a nice relaxing thing to do (just need £1 for locker and they lend you towels). Staff were all friendly."
