"We arrived after a long day at Phantasialand, the castle was beautiful, easy to find and the check in was automated and very straight forward.

"Lovely hotel as usual clean and staff friendly. Secure underground parking. Nice restaurant and lovely breakfast buffet. Have used several times before and will do again"
"Found it difficult to find information about facilities etc during stay. No info in room and unable to find dinner menu on TV.
Thought dining room shut for lunch as entrance looked deserted as opposed to breakfast which ( we did not choose) was served by door. Reception staff helpful with car parking but failed at check out to give garage exit card so spent sometime trying to work out system before returning to reception to ask for help.
