"We had just one night at the archer hotel it’s a nice hotel with a very comfortable room. We had the Studio suite. The girl that helped me at the front desk lost her patient with me because I was really wanting to get a time from her on when we could check in early because we had an appointment and someone on the phone had told me three hours earlier that we could check in early and so it was a bit of a bummer at first. I apologize to her that I might’ve been impatient, but she was not of the caliber of someone who should be working at the front desk in customer service besides that the room was great. The hotel was great and everyone else was great. I wish I could remember her name. She should not be working at this hotel or any hotel."
