Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was better than a continental breakfast that they advertise. Only complaint was that the toilets sit very low.

The hotel was easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful in finding a location for dinner. Breakfast was really good with a variety of items from hot waffles to cold cereal to a sausage croissant. The room was pleasant, clean. The only thing was the heating/cooling system. The equipment put out a nasty odor, probably since the heating had not been used all summer. We would definitely return to Best Western SureStay in Walla Walla. Thanks much.

Staff mostly friendly, place is clean, but a bit dingy. Breakfast seems to be a bit of an after-thought. Quite minimal. I got a bit sick from the packaged sandwich.
