Relax in the tranquil back yard on the private back patio and garden & wind down at night under the stars with a backyard campfire (note: fire pit available seasonally; not available during no-burn season). This home feels like an oasis & was remodeled with sustainability in mind: from reuse of historic materials during the remodel; to the environmentally-rated kitchen appliances; sustainable paper products & soft & comfortable bamboo sheets on the bed. • Spacious living room with comfortable couch that seats 3 + a rotating sofa seat that is perfect to cozy up and read a book on.

• Large hutch holds wine & beverage glasses.

• Seasonal fire pit is available for spending an evening roasting marshmallows and telling stories (not available during no-burn months).
• Soothing sounds of frogs & other water creatures from the nearby pond.
• Seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables available from the cherry, apple & pear trees, & vegetable garden during the Summer months.

Parking:
• Driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles, size dependent.
• Additional street parking is available on the •opposite side• of the street.

Property Rules:
-Signed Guest Renter Agreement required to finalize all bookings.
-No pets allowed.
-No smoking or vaping inside, or around the property, including back yard.
-Maximum occupancy of property: 4 guests, including adults, children & infants.
-Guests to follow Walla Walla County mandated "burn-bans"; Guests to not leave any fire unattended at any time.
-Guests to follow Walla Walla quiet hours: 9pm-8am (Sunday thru Thursday) & 10pm-8am (Friday & Saturday).
