"The hotel is convenient to everything! Right next to the forum, 5 minutes walk to Colosseum and 10 minutes walk to downtown. There are lot of good classic Italian restaurants in footsteps. The stuff are very friendly. Their cleaning crew are very nice and responsive. They found my son’s necklace in the room and returned to us after we checked out! We definitely will stay there again!"

"Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l’hôtel Mercure. L’endroit est très bien situé, les chambres étaient propres et la piscine sur le toit avec la vue sur le Colisée était superbe. Le personnel est très courtois. Nous avons adoré notre expérience à cet hôtel boutique."

"The hotel was fairly well kept. The room and bathroom were spacious. We didn’t hear much noise at night. The location is mixed in terms of appeal, as it is close to Termini, as well as Monti. Monti is a charming neighbourhood. We stayed two nights as this was the last stop of our two week trip. It served its purpose. Overall, it was a comfortable stay."

"Lovely hotel in a great location on Piazza Della Rotonda. Combines modern conveniences with the historical setting of our favorite place in Rome - the Pantheon. Really appreciated the AC in the heat wave. Excellent and convenient breakfast provided close by. Staff was wonderful throughout."

"This was a great place to stay right by the Forum. Air conditioning was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. Window view was to the building in the back, but I think that was better than being in the front where there was construction going on across the street. The front desk staff were all super helpful and friendly."

"I recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again. The location is perfect for site seeing with lots of walkable attractions near by or easy transit available. All the amenities were very clean. The lounge was spacious and comfortable and the hotel itself had beautiful and interesting decor. The check-in process was very easy and the staff were super helpful. Our family room was very spacious for our family of 4 and the beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast had hot and cold options with lots of fresh fruit and drinks available. We had a pleasant experience at Hotel Napoleon and would recommend it to family and friends."
