"The hotel staff members at reception and in the bar/restaurant could not have been more helpful throughout my stay. There was a slight issue with the plumbing in my room, and although it could not be fixed that night, the response of the evening reception staff member was prompt and they were genuinely willing to be of help. The hotel is in a great location and the restaurant food was lovely."
