Location is amazing!
Rooms are bare bones - not to hang out in - but to sleep right in the heart of NYC! Price is great. Definitely older building vibe…no vent in washroom.
I’d stay again for affordability, location. And no need to hang out in room when In NYC - but a good place to sleep!

The highlight of our trip was the bellman, Michal. He displayed incredible and accommodating customer service, truly treating our family of 7 as if we were his family. We will never forget him. All other staff we encountered, especially at the front desk, were rude and less than accommodating (three different individuals). Asking for more towels and pillows was like we were asking for their firstborn child. The hotel is run down and beds were terrible. Will definitely not be back, except to maybe see Michal.
