The second front desk attendant was awesome in getting the accommodations I needed for my mother. It's vital that staff understand the needs of those with special needs. "The place was nice only issue was after checking in we had a lot of luggage so we asked to use the luggage cart but was told we had to wait for a bellhop that never showed up so we just drug all the luggage up in 2 loads."
