Hot tub was awesome besides the previous renters had it scummed up a bit but Steve took care of it immediately. Steve was very quick to respond and made sure everything was perfect. Excellent communication and awesome guy. I’m a picky rental person and this place exceeded my expectations. Pretty cool neighborhood with some neat history:) boat lift worked great the one time we used it. Parking across the street worked out perfect. Very Safe and quiet neighborhood. 100% will be back !!
