"Warm welcome from staff on arrival. As we arrived early, I was able to leave my luggage in storage so that I could explore the city hassle free. After checking in to room later in the day, I noticed the door lock was faulty and raised this with reception. A swift resolution was made with relocation to a new room - hassle free. Modern, spacious, clean and well equipped room. Location of hotel was perfect for us to navigate Brussels. Most popular sight seeing spots you could get to within a 10-15 minute walk, with Gare Central Station being 3 mins from the hotel. Only could stay one night but will definitely return in the future. "

"We absolutely loved this hotel.Modern and stylish room with large windows. The room was excellent - great size, big bathroom with bright lighting, very clean and comfortable beds . Big plus was large balcony with a beautiful view. The staff was extremely helpful. Would come back any time we’re in Brussels. We strongly recommend the hotel."

"Lovely hotel and fantastic staff. Very easy to get to from Zuid/Midi station. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious rooms with access to very good facilities. We didn’t try the food so can’t comment on that but it looked like they had a good selection at breakfast. If you like shopping, there’s plenty of high end shops nearby and easy access to public transport. One small complaint is that the room doors slam shut which can be annoying, especially at night. This isn’t great for people who have sensory issues around noise etc. Other than that, it’s an amazing hotel and we will definitely stay there again!"
