Pillow service was fantastic. Breakfast was great with a wide variety. The staff was friendly and recognized you within two days. There were some minor issues with the cleanliness of the room, probably due to the New Year’s busy period.

Nice location, beautiful view. Many restaurants and coffee shops around. Room nice and we got an upgrade to room with a view. The only thing I didn’t like is sewage smell from the bathroom that lingering all the way to the room. Love coffee maker espresso. Sauna was very nice however it is not separate from men or women gender which makes me little uncomfortable. Overall great stay.

Das Zimmer war gut, das Personal immer nett. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, im Ruhebereich der Saune waren sehr viele Liegen „reserviert“, was es eigentlich nicht geben sollte.

The staff were extremely kind, and honestly, they are the only reason I can give this hotel any stars. Unfortunately, the window in my room opened toward a shopping arcade that was very noisy, and there was no real fresh air — only smoke and the smell of cigarettes.
