"Check in was easy and we were greeted by Sierra who gave us Hotel info including breakfast and coffee. Lobby was decorated for Christmas and it was lovely. "

"Great place, but previous guests must have put dirty dishes and cooking equipment away as we found the air fryer was gross and a few other items. They were in cabinets, so I am sure the cleaning crew didn't think to investigate it. Otherwise it was very clean. The only other negative was that the number that can sleep there can't eat at the table together. However, it clearly shows this in the photos, so we were not surprised. We LOVED the screened-in porch and spent most of our time there, so we were very happy that there were so many places to sit out there. The adjective cheery is appropriate. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Dated but clean, well maintained property. A bargain in Gainesville. Only negative, the flood lights in the parking lot bleed into the rooms despite blackout curtains. The strong light gives the impression the area is not safe. The area is safe. Tone down those lights. "
