Sauna ist extern zu ereichen (man muss durch einen kalten Gang - Fluchtweg der Tiefgarage - gehen). Leider kostet das Haus von 2022 auf 2023 mal kurz 1.000,- € mehr Miete in der Woche. Das ist nicht schön."
