The hotel was lovely with spacious guest rooms with lots of luxurious details. The room lacked practical facilities like a place to put your clothes or suitcases which meant it looked cluttered all the time. The front desk staff were pleasant when they were there but seldom were able to be helpful. We were told that none of the restaurants on the property were open despite their posted hours, there was no option to send out laundry and even that there were no umbrellas available to borrow during a downpour. It was comical after a while! All in all, too much focus on luxury and not enough on the daily details.

The room is huge we felt very comfortable there very clean beautiful bathroom Beautiful shower all of that the only thing I would suggest is that they have a few little condiments like maybe salt pepper that sort of thing that's the only suggestion I would give. Really a beautiful beautiful large room almost like a small apartment we were very comfortable there beautiful. Very strategically located next to also the subway

What a perfect location for experiencing the city of Nagasaki. We were right located near the main area of Nagasaki Chinatown. We were surrounded by convenience stores and a very large number of restaurants either small privately owned to chain restaurants. Just generally shopping galor. There’s an and a very large number of restaurants either small privately owned to chain restaurants. There’s a small fish market right across the bridge. A barber next-door.Although there is no on-site parking, there was more than enough paid parking, which was in a very reasonable cost easily located all around this property. The property itself was again the perfect location. It was clean spacious fully stocked with all of the linens necessary to enjoy your stay. It also has a washing machine which worked out wonderfully for us. A small sitting area living room with a large screen TV next to a kitchenette. We would highly recommend this property for anyone spending time in Nagasaki. Conveniently located to Chinatown downtown the peace park the atomic museum. Five stars all the way.
