"Lovely property but no welcome from staff when you arrive and same at the reception area checking was worse that probably 2 stars staff didn’t look like they are interested in us and when we were their they have offered welcome drinks to othe customers who were before us but they were not looked happy as well.Room were okay but look old and shower was just normal.When you see property from outside it’s looks amazing but stay and service is not fantastic .we had dinner at night at multi cousin...

"Very nice small resort. We stayed in the old chalets and they were ok all though a bit worn particularly the bathroom. If you prefer the modern and new alternative book that. What particularly made our stay special was Mr Bishnu narayan padhee who took very good care of us in the restaurant. Always there to help and offering nothing but the best of service. Very good restaurant and a nice cool pool. Be aware that you cannot use any kind of international credit or debit cards. Its informed on...

"Staff were very helpful and responsive! There were issues with the room we booked, so the hotel kindly upgraded us! And a huge thank you to thw staff for helping us when my partner got sick! They drove us to the hospital and the driver stayed with us until my partner was released from ER. On the floor we stayed at there was tea and coffee with pastries every day. Breakfast was good, including made to order items."
