The kitchen had everything we needed. The heat pump and space heaters in the bedrooms effectively warmed the unit up. The downsides are that the property is older and a little worn. It’s near the elevator and the alleyway to a public parking garage and loud voices woke us up at night. The one shower is very small. "I would not recommend staying here if you want to get a good night's rest. You can literally hear everything through the walls, conversations, doors opening, footsteps, etc. Tried calling management to change my room, but they did not respond to my messages or answer the phone. Very disappointed, in particular to the response I received after I had checked out (see email acknowledging the issue)."

"The bed was so hard that I should have slept on the floor. I wouldn’t want to pay any more than $130 a night for a room that sleeps 4. It was like staying in an old persons retirement unit. Tired and dated unit."

"Room was really warm for our arrival. Staff were pleasant. I was not well prepared and I think the hotel could be missing an opportunity to help guests get up the mountain during snowy conditions (I wasn’t carrying snow chains and there were limited options to get me up to my ski lesson on time). Not a criticism I would absolutely stay here again."
