Great veiw from our room on the second floor, 3 floors in total and no elevator but the stairs are not steep. Room was clean and price was cheap. This hotel has so much potential but is in a desperate need of a refurbishment. Kitchens seem quite new, beds were comfortable linen was clean. The first room we were put in was a complete health hazard, wall paper hanging off and walls covered in mould, we requested a new room the lady at reception didnt seem to understand my issue (English was not her first language) Cleaners cme over and assisted us with the room change. Woken up at 7am by rubbish trucks emptying all the bins at the complex and there doesnt seem to be and sound proofing as we heard every car. Once it has been refurbished this place will be absolutely amazing.

I had a wonderful 4 nights staying here and really appreciated the wonderful staff going out of their way for me… I was ‘under the weather’ and the little things and wonderful front desk ladies were terrific… and even lemons dropped off so I could make a drink were lovely! Property was good for our family of 4. We would book again as the location was great. Areas like the kitchen and bathroom were clean but under the beds and vanity was not though and the floor needs a good mopping! We stayed in the separate 2 bedroom house and it wasnt clear when booking that there was no off street parking. Parking is 120min right outside so moving the car to longer parking was a pain but probably more difficult than usual due to it being a holiday weekend.
