The Sleeping box has a queen sized bed and an ensuite, plus spare room for additional friends, kids or family.

The Living box is a spacious open plan living room, complete with a love seat, modern kitchen and large oak dining table. This area opens out onto a large infinity deck and covered dining area.

“Happy hut” is a cutie. It is a separate intimate dwelling with a double bed, a couch and writer’s table. It has its own shower and toilet. (We are building a self- contained kitchen but that won’t be ready… sorry)!

“Skate shack” sits on top of the hill with stunning views. It’s a sweet caravan with its own unique flavour and can sleep 3 people.

There are spots for camping and outdoor activities all over the 1.5 ha of land.

Amenities
o Our 2 big tanks are filled by rainwater so we ask you to please be mindful of water usage.
o We have limited wifi – 200GB per month. We have a plan where wifi is free between 12am – 12noon.
o If you require more wifi we can give you details of other options which would be at your expense.
o A great bluetooth sound system.
o We have a 23 inch screen but no TV – it’s a holiday right!

Wander the many scenic walking tracks which are close by, and
enjoy the famous Pizza barn and Cove café.
