"There was no code to be able to collect keys. My husband waiting in the car while I tried to get hold of someone. He has a brain tumor, and 40 degrees in the hot car was not good for him. eventually I got hold of someone and they tried a code and then we got in. Too many flies in the accommodation. No air conditioner in my room, and didnt have much of a sleep for 2 nights."

We wanted to purchase some milk: she told use to go to the BP across the road, which we had already been to and they were out of stock which was why we went back to reception, but she wouldn’t allow us to purchase anything at any cost It was just disappointing "
