"We were scheduled to spend one night. Weather stranded us in Westport for an extra two nights as all roads to the east side of the South Island were closed. Charles, Jackie and Fran treated us like family making us feel at home. It was a memorable stay in a very nicely restored house of a bygone era with an impressive collection of art and artifacts. "

"I can’t speak highly enough of this accomodation. When we got out of the car I saw two beanbags on the deck to sit in and soak up the amazing view, just what we needed for the long weekend. Inside the beautifully decorated cabin was everything we required. The very comfortable bed also faced the amazing view. "

"The Room was a little confusing to find because it is within (and at the rear) of a complex of other units which are named something else so we didn’t know if we were in the right place. Convenient location for the playground and takeaway/restaurant "

"So very clean! A lovely house with warm fire and clean comfortable beds. Was a bit worried about check in as communication could ha e been better but it all worked fine. The owners were in an attached property which we would have liked to know but they were very quiet and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. "
