Sixties Retro Lockwood Timber 4 bedroom cosy home, Ski Chalet Timber floors and walls, Large Lounge with outdoor flow onto east and west facing decks, plenty of all day sunshine, two double rooms and two singles for the kids.
TV/DVD, plenty of old fashion board games, puzzles. Bountiful supply of fresh seasonal fruit from our trees and vines - feijoa, plum, apple, lemon, olive and grapes.
Bath, separate shower, two toilets. Laundry - washing machine and dryer. Kitchen, Dishwasher.
Outdoors - BBQ, table and chairs. Off street parking and carport. Outdoor shed to store bikes for the local cycle tracks. Less than 5 minutes to the beach or local village, train station.
