I noticed a lot of coffee or nasty brown spots through the room. The light in the bathroom needs to be changed."

"There was garbage under the bed and bugs in the shower. It had an unpleasant odor, not a clean odor. The room key didn't work for the pool area, so you had to get the front desk person to let you in. They were pleasant and friendly about it but left people waiting while they did this."
