"Linen wasn’t properly cleaned. Because of bleach on sheets, my body was itchy all night long. Blanket was smelly, wasn’t washed. Bathroom lock wasn’t working. Staff and Breakfast was ok."

"This property is centrally located, well maintained. Staff are very supportive. Rooms are clean, breakfast has many options with good tasty food."

"Water was leaking in the bathroom. I pointed it out the first morning I was there but nobody came to look at it. Had to bring it to the manager’s attention again that evening. They said they will fix it the next morning. I also called for ironing my clothes. Nobody came so on my way out, I asked them to pick it up from my room. When I returned that evening, I noticed nobody had picked it up. The hallway did not look like it was vacuumed. All in all, very disappointing. Expected much better from a Taj hotel"
