Die Bettwäsche war feucht und roch muffig, und selbst nach mehreren Tagen Lüften besserte sich die Situation nicht. Außerdem war das Bad unsachgemäß gebaut, was wahrscheinlich die Feuchtigkeitsprobleme verursachte. Wir fühlten uns gesundheitlich unwohl und entdeckten zudem weitere Mängel am Bett. "Verreist sind wir für 2 Tage, als Familie mit 4 Kindern. Das Haus ist kernsaniert, schön eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Wirkt größer als erwartet und bietet auch eine Terrasse wo man ganz nett Essen kann. Die Straßen sind sowas von eng, aber wir konnten mit dem großen Bulli trotzdem gut durch( Parkplatz am Ende der Straße- 100 m weiter, nicht vorm Haus) Diese Siedlung im Ort läd einfach nur zum spazieren ein… ne schöne Kirche ist in der Nähe. Ich würde die Ecke als „besonders“ einstufen. Die...

"Kleine gemütliche Unterkunft, sehr sauber, bequemes Bett, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Leider sehr hell, was durch Verdunkelungsrollos aber erledigt wäre. Hellhörig ist es auch, wir aber nicht empfindlich. Fußläufig ist ein tolles griechisches Restaurant und gegenüber ein schöner Spielplatz! Für uns war es das Richtige. "

"The hotel is in a quiet area just outside Groningen. Easy to reach by car and if you wish to visit the city centre the P+R is convenient. Car parking is free and plentiful. Our room had a balcony and views over the countryside. The room itself was spacious and spotless. The reception staff were polite friendly and knowledgeable. We had dinner on both nights of our stay in the restaurant which was in my opinion excellent. It offered a wide variety of dishes for a very reasonable cost. Again the staff were top class. If I am in the area again this hotel will be my go to. "

"Convenient for centre and restaurants. The hotel is probably 50 years old and has been kept up to date. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Parking is available in the underground car park and it is advisable to book. The main station is about 10/15 minutes walk away. The bus service in Groningen is excellent and good value. The hotel does not have a restaurant but serves a good breakfast. The staff were excellent throughout the stay. Groningen itself is a lovely city"

The breakfast buffet is on par with most of the European deluxe class hotels. The rooms themselves are of average to slightly smaller sizes but good amenities inside the rooms.
