"A beautiful bungalow in the quiet village of Walesby. Lovely clean and tidy, well presented place was just what we wanted during our stay in this lovely village. Communication with the landlord was excellent with all our questions answered promptly. There was even a special surprise waiting for us upon our arrival. "This is a very lovely property in beautiful surroundings. It has everything you need and was fitted out to a high standard. We liked the little pond although it was a bit too chilly to make use f the excellent outside area. We loved the extra touches like the wine/bread etc. Loved the homemade cake (what is the recipe? :). ). Great rooms with owner. Would stay here again when we are back in Lincoln"

"We stayed for one night as we had tickets to see Texas at Lincoln Castle and wished we had booked for longer. It's perfect for 2 people or 2 couples, the decor is lovely, it's spotlessly clean and well placed for local pubs etc, with a taxi to the castle just 8. The beds were very comfy and our host left lots of bread etc as the co-op next door is closed at the moment. A really relaxing place to stay just four miles from the city."

"We needed somewhere to break our journey back from Scotland and this was ideal for a family of four and not too far from the A1. We also chose it partly as it was dog friendly but a change of plan meant we didn’t actually have our dogs with us after all. But the provisions for visiting dogs were a nice touch. Also a welcome pack of milk, juice and biscuits f(for us) was well received."

"The house was lovely. Just as described. It was a short walk from the city centre, and Tesco's. A parking permit was provided, and all information from the host was clear. The area itself was a little noisy at times with neighbours or drinkers outside, or passing through, but still a lovely place to stay. There's plenty of room for a family of four, to relax together, or take themselves off to another room. Thank you for our family week in Lincoln. It's made more memories for us. "
