Welcome to The Vintage Magnolia! Inspired by the timeless style of Magnolia Home and sprinkled with the charm of historic Waco! Located in an up and coming downtown neighborhood, this ultra-cozy home is only 1/2 mile (3 minute drive) from the Magnolia Silos, and 1 mile (4 minute drive) to Baylor! This completely remodeled home with brand new furnishings has everything you need for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. The four bedrooms each have queen memory-foam mattresses with hypoallergenic casings. Three bedrooms have flat screen smart tvs for those who want to retreat and unwind, and two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The three full bathrooms all have beautifully tiled walk-in showers. The gorgeous kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials to make meals, enjoy a cup of coffee, or bake one of Joanna Gaines recipes (cookbook on the counter!). With seating for 8 at the large dining table, and 4 at the counter, there is plenty of space in the open-concept main living area to gather and create memories to last a lifetime. Snuggle in to the comfy living room to watch a show on the large flat screen smart tv, or hang out with the fam and friends. Grab a soft throw blanket and choose your favorite spot on the sectional or soft boucle chairs to relax. Go back in time sitting on a rocking chair on the front porch, envisioning life in historic Waco, or hang out on the covered back patio where you will find an abundance of seating to suit the whole crowd. This home is wonderfully done with excellent use of the space. Our girls trip of 8 women enjoyed this property and were very comfortable in this four bedroom/three bath home. A full length mirror somewhere in the home and a mirror in the bedrooms without a bathroom would have been useful when we were all trying to getting ready each day but we made due without. Nicely decorated. We felt safe in this home and yard but neighboring properties are not up to the same standards as this home. Would stay here again if in the Waco area.
