- It doesn’t get any better than this…located in the historic Behrens building, this loft condo is a short walk from Magnolia Market, Spice Village, and downtown Waco and a mile from Baylor’s campus and the Brazos River. After a fun day sampling all that Waco offers, return to your own oasis where king-sized beds, designer sheets and towels, and spacious accommodations await. Either cook at home in the well-appointed kitchen, dining at a table for eight made from the bottom of a boxcar or walk to one of the many surrounding restaurants.
Although brick walls are in the place of shiplap, a famous couples’ company designed the finish out of this newly renovated condominium. This spot is perfect for girls’ weekends, couples in for a game, or families visiting their Baylor Bear.
