Urban Myrtle Bungalow is the closest accommodation to Magnolia Market/Silos. Enjoy Waco and embrace the eclectic contemporary charm of this revitalized home. Urban Myrtle showcases a wood-and-white interior, a slight boho-chic aesthetic, an open-plan living/kitchen area, AMAZING bedrooms and baths. The private completely fenced backyard includes an outdoor covered patio dining space and inviting fire pit.

Convenient to Baylor University. Perfect for groups attending school and sporting events.

Nearly every amenity is provided at the Urban Myrtle. Upon arrival you will find luxury shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are spa amenities such as Epsom salt, face masks, makeup remover, and hair dryers. Luxury linens, towels and bathrobes are included along with a wide selection of cleaning supplies such as laundry soap and fabric softener. A full S'mores set is ready for the firepit, along with wood and fire starters. There is a cabinet full of games and outdoor games. We also include a bottle of wine for your stay, as well as bottles of water, many coffee options, sweeteners and creamers.

The primary bedroom has 1 king bed with a private bath. There is a shower and soaking tub. It is peaceful and comfy with luxury linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer and many amenities. Robes are available in the primary closet.

The middle bedroom is cozy with luxury linens. There are 2 queen beds for sleeping, a seating chair, hooks, luggage rack, and luggage hanging cart with hangers.

The back bedroom is lovely with pretty windows and luxury linens. There is 1 queen bed and 1 twin XL bed. There is a seating chair and closet with room for hanging clothes.

All bedrooms and living room have a smart tv with YouTubeTV and Netflix accounts provided. Personal accounts can also be used.

There is a shared bath for the middle and back bedrooms with a shower. The vanity is separate from the bathroom providing for multiple guests to get ready simultaneously.

Beautiful home close to everything

This property is beautiful and perfectly located for trips to both the Magnolia Silos and Baylor. The home owner has thought of everything to make the stay memorable and comfortable. We really enjoyed the backyard and making smores with the firepit.

We enjoyed this house from the moment we walked in, the smell was wonderful, the location to Magnolia is (just steps away) and the house itself was so charming!! Backyard is a nice place to hang out. Would definitely try to stay here again!!!

Thanksgiving Get a way

This property is steps from the Silos. It was simply one of the cleanest, most comfortable properties we have ever stayed in. Everything you could need was provided and the backyard oasis was just amazing.

Everything about this place was perfect. The hosts thought of everything and more. Always a Magical Stay!

This is our go-to place to stay whenever we visit the Silos. It’s so beautifully decorated, spacious, and a minutes walk from the Silos. The backyard is so private and a great place for your pups to play. The host is wonderful and amenities are top tier. Can’t wait to return!!!

We had so much fun staying at Urban Myrtle! It was so cute and decorated beautifully. It’s probably the cleanest VRBO I’ve stayed in. The amenities were very high end and you could tell the owner really put a lot of thought into what her guests would need and want. We’ll definitely be back!

My sisters and I took my mom to Magnolia to celebrate her 75th birthday. The house was perfect with every little detail thought through. The location could not have been better and Jody was an amazing host and could not have been more helpful and accommodating to our needs!! Thank you, we loved it!! Would highly recommend!!

Magnolia House

This property has all of the beauty and charm you would expect in a house inspired by the Magnolia aesthetic. My family and I had a wonderful stay and our boys especially loved the s'mores kit! We enjoyed relaxing in the backyard with all of the lawn games they provided, walking to the Silos, and exploring all of the fabulous Magnolia shops. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Waco!

Urban Myrtle: quaint, cozy, and central

We really enjoyed our time at Urban Myrtle. The decorations in the fois were adorable and it felt clean for our the night stay. There is a nice big backyard with a fire pit, although we did not partake due to the 100+ degree heat. We were so close to many of the new attractions in downtown Waco. It was so easy to get around from there. I would highly recommend!

We celebrated our sister's 60th birthday in this cozy, "Magnolia style home. It is walking distance to the Silos which was very convenient for dropping off shopping bags! However, we did need more counter space for all the bakery boxes!! LOL! It was honestly a perfect spot for us.

Magnolia with Mom

The property was perfect. My "crew" (Mom, sister,wife) loved the location, decor and overall "cuteness" as they described it. I had a chirpy smoke alarm and it was handled within an hour in the afternoon. Great communication. Perfect spot if want to "do" Magnolia. Very short and safe walk. Highly recommend.

Five stars is not enough! This is the most amazing place in Waco. So well appointed with every detail considered from a fully stocked kitchen, all your bathroom amenities, comfy bedrooms and plenty of special touches like a s'mores making kit complete with Hersey bars, marshmallows, graham crackers and skewers! Jodie was extremely helpful and responsive! Staying in this lovely home made our Baylor graduation weekend just perfect. Loved this house!

This was the perfect house for our stay in Waco. We chose it because it is within a block of the Silo’s so we walked over. This house is one of the best appointed homes we have stayed in. They put a lot of thought into every detail and amenity and created a very comfortable home. This was perfect for us with the master suite at the front of the house and the two guest rooms in the back with a shared bathroom. If you have two couples in the guest rooms you will have a separate shower and toilet room and share a vanity in the space between. It worked great for us and would be great for a family. Plenty of space. Would definitely recommend this home!!

There are hosts, and then there are hosts.

We came to Waco for a ladies long-weekend at Magnolia. If you're going to Magnolia you want to stay close to it because parking is going to be an issue. We were there 5/29 to 6/2 & I can't imagine what it would be like in prime season. Urban Myrtle is an excellent location for visiting Magnolia. There are also numerous restaurants you can walk to if you don't want to drive everywhere. Urban Myrtle is so homey and relaxing. After being gone all day it was nice to relax in the front room & watch TV or play games. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you will need & then some. Multiple different coffee & tea flavors, water in the refrigerator, the s'mores package & a bottle of wine. I have been at a few properties now & Urban Myrtle is the best when it comes to special touches. I was asked ahead of time if there was anything we needed & they would see if they could get it there before we arrived. I asked for distilled water & it was provided which saved us a trip to the store. The bedrooms were nice & the beds comfortable. Both bathrooms were well equipt & it was very helpful having a sink separate from the second bathroom. You could also close the door between the kitchen & the back bedrooms to allow for more privacy. There were different toiletries to choose from, multiple towels & washcloths, spray for the pillowcases, just little special touches that you will not find at every VRBO. Also, checkout was the easiest I've ever had. Thanks for a great stay!
