Just minutes from I-35, McLane Stadium, Baylor University. This house has been fully remodeled in the past two years with a well stocked kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed and Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds. The futon also folds out into a comfortable bed if needed.
Coffee, linens, gas grill and wi-fi provided. Location to grocery stores, shopping and everything downtown Waco has to offer is just minutes away.
The extra sleeping space in the living area is a futon and is best suited for children!

Backyard and Pets:
The huge, private, fully fenced backyard is your private sanctuary when the
weather is nice. Well behaved and vaccinated dogs are welcome to join you with nonrefundble pet fee.

Waco Vacation Rentals manages the property and is available 24/7 during your stay and even before your arrival. You will be emailed a digital welcome LINK with area information before your stay, complete with popular places to see, favorite restaurants and things to do in Waco.
On the morning of your arrival, you will receive a TEXT message and an EMAIL with access information for your vacation rental. This is self check in property at 3 p.m or after.

Great Stay

BAYLOR HOUSE was an ideal stay. Very clean, well stocked and a convenient location to everything just minutes away. If ever in the area would definitely stay again!!

Great Stay

Traveling for work and this was a great stay! House was just as described and extremely convenient to work. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything I needed and more! Host left snacks which was so nice! I will definitely be back.

Cute small home close to area sights

Clean and well kept older home that was in neighborhood with many college houses. Appreciated all the little amenities on the property - was very thoughtful and helpful. Would not recommend this place for young children- college party on Saturday night was very loud. The hosts of the party did politely come over to warn us but still disturbed our sleep for many hours.

Great Stay

The Baylor House is great! We loved everything about it, but two minor things: there is no Wi-Fi and there are only mirrors in the bathrooms. I highly recommend and would stay there again.

Nice Property

Great property that is perfectly located near Baylor, Magnolia and other Waco amenities. Neighborhood is quiet. This property had everything you could ask for, and even things you didn’t know you needed.

great house and great location

Everything was really good and the house was very well prepared for cooking. Best ever in a VRBO. The only thing that we didn't like was the uncomfortable couch. That thing is like a rock. Other than that is was great.

It was a last minute decision to go to Waco,but response time was great and making the reservation was a breeze.We had a little bit of trouble getting into the house but that was resolved quickly. House was so cute , everything was clean and neat. We very much enjoyed our girls get away. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Cute house. I really liked that the driveway had a gate and nice sectioned off yard because we learned that night that we were next door to a frat house. They had a raging party behind us and started throwing trash over the fence. Then some jumped the fence and knocked on the windows at 3am. The rules say no parties and no parking on the street but both of those things are already happening all around the house. Also the floors on the house had so many soft spots/holes it was a little frightening walking around. But the beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed.

We have stayed with many VRBO listings over the years and this place was the cleanest and most well stocked we have ever stayed (bathrooms, kitchen, etc.). There were no issues with WiFi unlike a previous review. A/C worked great during our stay in which daytime highs reached over 100 degrees F. Nice spacious backyard for our dog (70 lbs) to run around and play. Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to a family or individuals visiting Waco.
