Relax and unwind at this newly remodeled home right on the Brazos River. Enjoy new appliances and serene river views. Perfect for families or a quiet getaway. Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and large kitchen island. Each of the three bedrooms offers a peaceful place to unwind, featuring comfortable beds, fresh linens, and plenty of storage. The bathrooms are clean, stocked with essentials to make your stay seamless. Outside, relax on the spacious deck and enjoy the laid back Texas beauty.
We recently added a bluetooth speaker to the property so you can enjoy your own music.

PERFECT AND COZY SPOT GREAT PLACE TO RELAX

THIS PLACE IN A GOOD AND SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD. IT IS VERY QUIET AND THE HOME IS VERY COZY AND CAN ACCOMIDATE 9 PEOPLE VERY COMFORTABLY. THE HOUSE IS NEWLY REMODELED AND VERY SPACIOUS. THE GAMEROOM WAS PERFECT FOR THE ONES THAT WANTED TO WATCH A MOVIE WHLE THE OTHERS WERE ABLE TO PLAY GAMES IN THE MAIN ROOM. THE VIEW OUT THE BACK OF THE HOUSE WAS AMAZING AND PEACEFUL. THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE SHEETS AND THE TOWELS VERY CLEAN AND CRISP. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL REFRIGERATOR THAT WE WERE ABLE TO USE FOR THE FOOD THAT WE BROUGHT. THERE WAS PLENTY OF TOWELS FOR EVERYONE. THERE WAS ALSO PLENTY OF PARKING FOR EVERYONE TO PARK. IF THERE WAS A 20 STAR OPTION THAT IS THE OPTION THAT I WOULD CHOOSE. THE PROPERTY OWNERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND QUICK TO RESPOND TO MESSAGES.
