    Originally built in 1895 and lovingly renovated, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath home blends timeless charm with all the modern comforts. Each spacious bedroom features its own private bathroom and dressing closet with a full-length mirror—plus super comfy beds, soft linens, and thoughtful extras to make you feel right at home.

    The open-concept layout includes a fully stocked kitchen, a handcrafted dining table with plenty of seating, and a cozy living room with ample seating and a 70” smart TV. The primary bedroom also includes a 40” Roku TV for winding down after a full day in the city.

    Outside, unwind in the large, fully fenced backyard, complete with private gated parking and a brand-new deck outfitted with rocking chairs, shade sails, and outdoor seating—perfect for a peaceful morning coffee or an evening under the stars.

    Guests have access to entire home with the exception of one locked supply closet.

This was the perfect size and location for our stay. Close to Baylor and downtown Waco. The home had plenty of space and ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen was large enough to cook several meals there. We were very happy with this location. Gated parking in the back is also a plus.

Girls Weekend Trip

Cozy mint Cottage was a great home & well appointed in decor & amenities. We couldn’t have asked for more😊 Very clean and great location. The neighborhood is mixed commercial/multi family and small homes that appear to be rentals and single family homes- we felt safe and walked to get dinner but heads up if you are a nervous nelly. We absolutely loved our stay in Waco at the Mint House. Fantastic lay out and setup. A lot of thought was put into this house and it shows. It had everything we needed, beds were super comfy, rooms and closets are huge and super baby friendly with a pack n play! Very clean and so cozy, extremely hospitable hosts. Loved the deck and parking pad outback, we felt super safe and loved the location. Cannot recommend this place enough and will be staying there again when we come back!

Great House

The house was just perfect for our Baylor Family Weekend. It was everything stated…. Clean, close to everything and it felt great to arrive “home” after attending a football game or coming back from dinner. The mattresses were very comfortable and everyone slept well. Lastly, the kitchen was very well appointed and had everything we needed. We look forward to staying here again the next time we come to visit our son.

Perfect House for Wedding Weekend

The Mint Cottage was a perfect option for us. The house was cute and clean with a bathroom for each bedroom and very large closets. Beds were super comfortable. It was very well stocked and exactly as described. We really appreciated the fenced in parking in the back -- very convenient to load/unload. The location was very convenient to everything, but you should be aware that it is an urban setting. Even so, we felt very safe and had no problems. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Quick Waco Stay

We enjoyed this spacious house in prime location to our event we attended in Waco. All of the well-sized bedrooms have their own full bathroom. Their is ample space in the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has everything needed to cook and serve, just bring your food and drinks! The large outdoor area in the back has seating, a deck and plenty of play space! We loved the gated back parking area. The hosts are very availabile and respond quickly. Just the Right Place for a Family Getaway

No rental house is perfect, but this one was perfect for us! Sarah communicated well before and during. She wanted things to be perfect for the stay and was willing to address any questions or concerns that came up. SO appreciated her attentiveness!The kitchen was amply supplied. Appreciated minimum stocking of paper products that don't come in some properties. The back porch lights, seating and yard were so charming and cozy. The remote for the back gate was so convenient and thoughtful.Highly recommend the house and management for your Waco stay!

Perfect but Hot

The house was perfect! Every room in the house was spacious. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the beds were comfortable. The location was very close to the silos. The house had a nice privacy fenced back yard for parking which was nice, so we didn’t have to park on the street. There was only one issue with this house and that was the AC could not keep the house cool in this Texas Heat!! Maybe if it weren’t 110 outside it would have been better. Thankfully they provided powerful fans beside each bed so we could sleep. With the temp on 65 the house finally cooled off while we were sleeping. Overall the house was very nice!!

This cozy cottage had all the amenities, and was perfect for our girls getaway. I love the design and thoughtful details to make your stay comfortable. They even had coffee pods just in case you forgot your coffee. We would definitely stay here again!
